Sheridan Construction teamed with Stafford Builders and Consultants to provide construction management services for the new Appling Middle School project in Macon. The project featured 110,491 SF of new construction that included new science labs, general classrooms, large media center, cafeteria, administrative offices, and storefront vestibule, as well as a new gymnasium with locker rooms, and choral and band practice rooms with office and instrument storage space. The project also included a new 9,000 SF field house and new practice football field for Northeast High School, as well as a new practice football field and new baseball/softball field for the middle school.

Construction was completed in July 2020.
