Sheridan Construction provided Preconstruction and Construction Management services for the 23,000-square foot Middle School for Mount de Sales Academy. The two-story school was constructed of structural steel, with a brick veneer, cast stone, and glass envelope.

The school is located on an active and tight campus off Orange and College Streets in downtown Macon, GA. The project included classrooms for sixth through eighth grade students, as well as administrative offices. The project also included constructing a new road for student drop-offs and pick-ups, adding safety to the campus during high traffic times of the day.
