Mercer University purchased several blocks of blighted and vacant buildings in and around Linden Avenue in Macon for the purpose of expanding its Intramural Sports activities. Sheridan Construction was hired to demo and remove the buildings and convert the area into new Intramural Fields. Scope of work included site grading, drainage, erosion control and construction activities for the new fields, lights, parking lots, and a new 900 SF multi-function building with restrooms.
