Sheridan Construction was selected to build the south campus addition which included twelve wood-framed cottages sited in a wooded area. The average cottage was approximately 1,430 SF. Each cottage was a duplex: including two kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, den, and large front porch. The sitework included: clearing and grubbing 6 acres, new roadway with 53 parking spaces, site utilities, grass paver system for a fire lane, and two retention ponds. Two buildings were demolished and utilities removed. The cottages are wood frame with cement board siding and metal roof for the skin. Finishes included ceramic title, carpet, and LVT.
