The project included a new one-story Electro-Physiology (EP) Procedure space with two Lead Lined Labs, six Patient Care Rooms, and two Nurse Stations. The HVAC system installed also had HEPA filtration in the labs. Approximately half of the project area was renovated space and the other half of the area was an addition of over a half acre of site consisting of concrete footings with steel structures and brick veneer. The main power for the lab had to be installed across 400 feet of existing hospital to the Electrical Room.
