After being chosen by CGTC as the construction manager of the Health and Science building for their Milledgeville Campus, Sheridan Construction was tasked with constructing a new, 77,000 square foot facility. The new facility allowed for the expansion of the Health Technology programs, Academic Success Center, the college’s tutoring center, Work Force Development Center, administrative offices, and expanded library. The construction of the facility also allowed for several new Health Technology programs to be implemented by CGTC, such as: Neuromuscular Therapy, Pharmacy Technology, Health Care Specialist, and Clinical Laboratory Technology. The state-of-the-art facility also houses offices pertaining to administration, financial aid, career services, admissions and student affairs.
