Sheridan Construction was hired to perform renovations and new construction to the Brentwood School — an independent, co-educational, college preparatory day school located in Sandersville, GA. Scope of work involved a complete roof structural modification with new roof trusses, decking and shingles on the Middle and High School building. Interior renovations included a new media center, conference center, restrooms, classrooms, teachers’ lounge area, data room, administrative area, corridors, and a coffee bar. Final phases of the project took place on the Lower School building. Scope of work included renovations of 13 classrooms and construction of a new 1,200 SF addition for administrative offices and a conference room. An enclosed corridor was also constructed between the existing buildings, making it one building totaling approximately 35,000 SF. The project was completed in time to allow the 2020-2021 graduating Seniors to finish their final school year in the fully renovated building.

We are very pleased and appreciative of the job Sheridan Construction did with our remodel project. We were able to continue school without interruptions during the process and able to be back in the building ahead of schedule. Thank you all for your work on this project!
