Sheridan Construction of Macon, Ga., announced today the acquisition of Benchmark Contracting of LaGrange to offer growth to its clients and employees into the West Georgia market. The business will operate under the Sheridan Construction brand effective January 1, 2021.

Benchmark Contracting, founded in 2007, provides commercial, industrial and high-end residential construction services in West Georgia. Benchmark’s mission of creating long-lasting relationships by building superior construction that exceeds customers’ expectations is consistent with Sheridan’s core values.
